1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our secure online checkout. Prices are shown in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are tax-inclusive.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72+ hours before the activity: full refund. 24–72 hours prior: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund.

3. Weather Policy

Dream Adventure reserves the right to cancel or modify activities due to unsafe weather or water conditions. In such cases, guests may choose a full refund or free rescheduling.

4. Participant Responsibility

All participants must be in good health and disclose any relevant medical conditions before participating. Participants must follow all guide instructions at all times.

5. Liability

Dream Adventure accepts no liability for accidents or injuries caused by participant negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.
